SF Man Arrested In Connection With Marin Assault: Report

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A suspect was arrested in connection with an assault on a woman in San Rafael Tuesday morning that involved a dispute over an illegally parked vehicle, The Marin Independent Journal reports.
Joshua Shuster Lefkowitz, 32 of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, according to the report.
He is accused of attacking a woman with a skateboard and then firing a flare gun at her after she tried to subdue him with pepper spray, the report said.

The woman suffered a scrape on her leg but declined medical treatment, the report said.
