A Day in the Life of a San Bruno Rec Leader

Take a behind-the-scenes look at a typical day for the people who make summer fun for San Bruno kids.

Every summer, the city runs a traditional day camp that incorportates activities such as indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, sports, and special events for children ages 4 to 11.

The camp doesn't just run by itself, though.

Rec leaders—enthusiastic young people with a variety of talents—lead the kids in all of the activities and help build the memories that the children will share for a lifetime.
