Shelter Creek General Manager Wins Award

General Manager Ronnie Rosen was recently honoroed with the 2011 Vision award at the California Association of Community Managers Statewide expo. 

Mrs. Rosen was awarded the Vision Award for Leadership in Communications Management at the black tie affair in Anaheim. 

Shelter Creek's management said the following about Rosen's accomplishment:

"We are proud that our General Manager has been recognized by the CACM Vision Award Committee as the 'best of the best,' as a community manager who has gone above and beyond while serving her association and her community."

The California Association of Community Managers is comprised of nearly 3,000 professionals from the community association management industry. An estimated 40 percent of all housing in California is in common interest or condominium developments.
