The Fatherhood Collaborative of San Mateo County and are holding a free program Nov. 13 to introduce families unfamiliar with swimming to pool safety and water fun.
The water safety class is designed to increase safety in families with very low swimming abilities and build bonds between fathers and children.
Registration is required.

An advisory board of the County of San Mateo Board of Supervisors, the Fatherhood Collaborative's goal is to increase awareness of the value of fathers and other significant male caregivers and the critical role they play in the socialization and development of their children.
