Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) is a rare condition, sometimes called the "butterfly" disease as it causes the skin to become as fragile as a butterfly's wings. This genetic disease, which affects all races, genders, and ethnicities, causes blisters over the entire body, similar to a burn victim. However, for those with EB, if the wounds do heal they come right back. In its most severe forms it is life threatening. Our hearts are continually moved by those who struggle with this dreaded disease and we would like to invite you to join us in an effort to raise both funds and awareness. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the EB Medical Research Fund.
