Police Log: Flu Outbreak on El Camino Real

Thursday

6:16 a.m. A Ford Econoline van was broken into overnight on the 200 block of Merced Drive.

4:56 p.m. A man was caught trespassing on a vacant property on the 400 block of San Mateo Avenue.

9:52 p.m. A drunk driver was spotted on the 1700 block of El Camino Real.

11:13 p.m. A black Toyota Excursion was broken into on the 1100 block of El Camino Real.

Friday

4:28 p.m. Police received a report of a flu outbreak on the 800 block of El Camino Real.

Saturday

3:45 a.m. Police received a call that someone heard about 10 gunshots fired on the 2000 block of Spyglass Drive.

4:11 a.m. Police responded to a hit-and-run accident near Chapman Avenue and El Camino Real that left a fire hydrant broken and the street flooded.

Sunday

1:20 a.m. A drunk driver was spotted on the 300 block of El Camino Real.

9:14 a.m. A blue Toyota Celica was stolen.

7:17 p.m. A blue Volkwagen Jetta was broken into on the 100 block of Linden Avenue.

11:27 p.m. Police received a report that someone had been punched and robbed of some alcohol on the 600 bock of San Bruno Avenue West.
