Police Log: Graffiti, Car and Home Burglaries Abound

Monday
12:47 a.m. Someone broke a front window of house on the 700 block of Fifth Avenue.
9:57 a.m. Graffiti reading "Liquid" in red paint was spotted on a fence on the 2100 block of Rollingwood Drive.

10:02 a.m. Graffiti reading "Liquid" in blue paint was spotted on a freeway sign near Interstate 280 and Sneath Lane.
10:49 a.m. Police received a report that a vehicle was broken into overnight on the 1000 block of National Avenue, and shoes, jackets, cash and a checkbook were stolen.

Sometime before 11:24 a.m., graffiti reading "Liquid" was spotted on a fence on the 2300 block of Toyon Way.
3:30 p.m. A silver 2002 Toyota Corolla was broken into in a lower level visitor parking space on the 1000 block of National Avenue. The vehicle was found with the trunk open and all doors ajar.
Tuesday
9:20 a.m. Police received a report that all the tires were slashed on the blue Ford Mustang overnight on the 100 block of Euclid Avenue.
1:01 p.m. A missing person report was filed after a resident said she hadn't seen her brother in three days. The male reportedly had been depressed and was taking Ambien and other medications.
10:25 p.m. A black Audi S4 was stolen in a third level parking garage at The Shops at Tanforan.
Wednesday
3:18 p.m. A home was broken into and ransacked on the 2300 block of Valleywood Drive.
3:35 p.m. A black Hyundai SUV was broken into near Sears, and a backpack was stolen.
