San Bruno Police Need Help Finding Attempted Burglary Suspect

A San Bruno resident arrived home to find a man inside his home and was able to chase him out.

San Bruno police are seeking a man who fled when the resident of the house he was allegedly trying to burglarize interrupted him on Friday, police said.

According to police, when the victim arrived home at 2:48 p.m. Friday, he found the suspect inside his house in the 3700 block of Corona Way.

The victim was able to chase the suspect out of the house. As the suspect was fleeing, he dropped all of the victim’s property, police said.

The suspect got into a waiting vehicle, described as a dark-colored, newer model Toyota Camry with an unknown license plate, and left, according to police.

The victim was able to recover all of his property, police said.

The victim described the suspect as a black male about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a stocky build and short dreadlocks. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, shorts and a baseball cap worn backwards.
