Man Arrested for Stolen Property, Drug Paraphernalia
Sheriff's officers first stopped the man for an unrelated vehicle code violation.
Sherrif’s officers pulled over a man in San Carlos Wednesday morning suspected of harboring stolen property.
Kenneth Mark Browne, 45, of Redwood City was detained in the area of Eaton Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas for a minor vehicle code violation.
Officers searched his vehicle and found stolen property from a San Carlos vehicle theft the previous day plus miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.
