City Council Slated to Vote Today on Affordable Housing on Serra

The San Clemente City Council acting as the Redevelopment Agency is slated to award a bid for 19 affordable housing units on Avenida Serra to National Community Renaissance.

The company is one of three staff reviewed for the project, which will require the city to sign over some land on the street and spend up to $2.65 million in affordable housing funds from the RDA. 

The project would be a two and three-story building housing 19 one-bedroom affordable housing apartments.
