Bill Donati, the guy who turned me on to also was in a band called The Goatdancers.
He pointed me to this Goatdancers YouTube video, a hypnotic, psychedelic tune called Patches of Dust.
It sounds like something I would have heard on the Swami Sound System, an awesome Saturday night radio program on San Diego's 94.9 FM.
