2012 Señor San Juan, Miss Fiesta Announced

In saying goodbye to San Juan Capistrano's famed migratory swallows and in kicking off another Fiesta de las Golondrinas season, the local Fiesta Association elected this weekend John Fischle as Señor San Juan and Nancy Ingham as Miss Fiesta.

The association's junior dignitaries will be selected by the San Juan Capistrano Boys and Girls Club.

The nonprofit association organizes the annual —to be held next year on March 24—part of the larger Fiesta de las Golondrinas or Festival of the Swallows. During this three-month period, the Fiesta Association hosts several fundraising and community activities, such as the and .
