βInstead of families putting aside money for the upcoming holidays, they are trying to raise money for a funeral,β said class instructor Melisa Stoner, who is a friend of the Melo family. βThis is a great way to help out.β
The class will mix weights and body weight exercises including cardio and strength training and will cater to all fitness levels.
