SJC Telemarketer Sued by Missouri
State's attorney general says company violated Missouri's no-call law.

Missouri is sick of getting sales calls from San Juan Capistrano.
So says that state's attorney general, who has sued a San Juan Capistrano telemarketing company for allegedly violating the Show Me State's no-call law.
TollFreeZone.com, reportedly based in San Juan, was one of five companies sued Thursday by Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster. The four other companies -- Innovative Wealth Builders Inc., BMV Debt Management Corp., American Credit Counselors and A+ Financial Center -- are based in Florida, according to a press release issued by Koster.

"The telemarketers who flaunt Missouriβs No-Call law will be prosecuted," Koster said in a statement. "We have received hundreds of complaints from consumers receiving these unwanted calls."Β
