SAN RAFAEL, CA — Three men face felony charges after police allege they stole thousands of dollars in supplies for a San Rafael roofing company over the weekend.

Officers on the night shift fielded a report of a video alarm system showing the men in the yard of a roofing supply company early Sunday, police said. The officer saw a pickup truck leaving the scene as they arrived and pulled the vehicle over.

Investigators said the truck was packed with a variety of supplies, valued at more than $4,000, which the men threw over the fence and loaded into the truck's bed. Police shared images on social media showing the truck's bed stacked with shingles.
