MARIN COUNTY, CA — A state appeals court earlier this month upheld a Marin County judge’s ruling in the case against a man accused of stalking Gavin Newsom, The Marin Independent Journal reports.
Ralph Manning Scott, 68, was charged in connection with a 2018 incident at the then-Lieutenant Governor’s Kentfield home, the report said.
Judge Beth Jordan suspended Scott's trial after ruling him mentally incompetent and committed him to an institution, according to the report.
