Crime Victims' Rights Week Is Next Week In Marin County
The Marin County District Attorney's Office has a few events planned next week, including a denim clothing drive.

SAN RAFAEL, CA — The Marin County District Attorney's Office will host several events next week to commemorate Crime Victims' Rights Week, an effort to amplify the voices of survivors and foster an environment where they are believed and supported.
Starting Monday, the DA's office will be accepting messages on origami paper for a paper crane project. People will be able to participate through May 31, and the messages will be used to make a wreath that will be delivered to the 7/20 Foundation, a survivors' nonprofit.
The office will also be handing out colorful ribbons to visitors to partner agencies, Civic Center offices and Superior Court. Another team will work with Community Violence Solutions to share information at the Civic Center about how the agency works.
