Marin Fair Free For Kids, Seniors One Day This Week

MARIN COUNTY, CA – Children 12 years of age and younger and seniors 65 and older can attend the Marin County Fair free on Thursday, the first day of the five-day annual event.

The popular annual summer event typically attracts over 120,000 visitors.

Celebrated as the “Healthiest and Greenest County Fair on Earth” since 2008, the Marin County Fair features a solar powered carousel, solar powered stage, and a 92 percent waste diversion rate.

The Fair offers fresh and healthy food choices, alcohol-free sponsorships, and a smoke-free environment.

The event is presented by the Marin County Department of Cultural Services in partnership with the Marin Cultural Association.
