Mill Valley Musical Theater Class Aims To Offer Adventure
The class will be held Fridays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays, city officials said.
MILL VALLY, CA — A Mill Valley musical theater class is aiming to offer students an interactive adventure.
The program, operated by the Mill Valley Recreation Department, is scheduled to run from April 1 to June 10.
“This is a fun/fast/moving and interactive class where students will be introduced to music, dancing, and character acting from some of the greatest Broadway Musical Theater shows in existence like Hamilton, Wicked, Peter Pan, My Fair Lady, Brigadoon, Rent, A Chorus Line and much much more,” city officials said in an online announcement promoting the class.

The class will be held Fridays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays, city officials said.
The general fee for taking the class is $200, plus an additional $2 fee to fund a college scholarship, and a $3 processing fee.

“We will take a different virtual pleasure cruise to a new musical theater theme each week and learn songs, dances and explore characters from each show. Our goal will be to create a short performance/presentation for parents to see on the last day of class,” city officials said.
“All Materials will be provided along with the class, students should dress in very comfortable clothes in which they can move freely and dance/move around the class without risk of injury.”
