Renowned Ecologist To Appear In Dominican Lecture Series

SAN RAFAEL, CA — A renowned ecologist will make a public appearance in Marin later this month.
Dr. Douglas Tallamy will appear at Dominican University’s Angelico Concert Hall on Oct. 27, at 7 p.m.
The New York Times best-selling author and naturalist’s appearance is part of the university’s Fall 2021 Leadership Lecture Series.

The lecture series is hosted by Dominican’s Institute for Leadership Studies.
Tallamy, an entomologist and professor at the Department of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology at the University of Delaware, will discuss his book “The Nature of Oaks: The Rich Ecology of Our Most Essential Nature Trees.”
