San Rafael Chamber Readies To Honor Women
The event will honor Helen Russel, the co-founder and executive chair of San Rafael-based Equator Coffees.
SAN RAFAEL, CA — The San Rafael Chamber of Commerce next month will celebrate the contributions of women to the region’s business community.
The 2021 Women of Industry Celebration will be held virtually Nov. 17 from 5:15 to 6:30 p.m.
The event will honor Helen Russel, the co-founder and executive chair of San Rafael-based Equator Coffees.

“Helen is a passionate business leader and entrepreneur,” the chamber wrote on its website in an announcement promoting the event.
“She has a genuine commitment to pushing boundaries, motivating others, and building relationships with colleagues and employees. Helen is a mentor and advocate for the inclusion of everyone in our community, especially women and girls.”
