San Rafael Readies For Halloween Celebration
The 32nd Annual Trick or Treat event will be held Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. in downtown San Rafael and West End Village.

The 32nd Annual Trick or Treat event will be held Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. in downtown San Rafael and West End Village.
The Trick or Treat event will allow families to collect treats from participating businesses and view the Dia de los Muertos altars in storefronts,

The event will be followed by a Day of the Dead car parade at 3 p.m.
