Sophomores Shine As San Rafael Tops Crosstown Rival Terra Linda

SAN RAFAEL, CA — Sophomore Marcos Tolliver scored 13 points and had 15 rebounds to lead San Rafael High to a 57-47 Marin County Athletic League victory over crosstown rival Terra Linda on Thursday.
Fellow sophomores Parks Thommes and James Rider also shined for the Bulldogs (7-9, 3-3 MCAL) in their third win in four games.
The two teams are scheduled to meet again Feb. in a regular season finale for both.

Terra Linda during last season’s pandemic-abbreviated season beat San Rafael twice; 63-50 on June 1 and 50-36 on May 1.
