Speed Enforcement Along Corte Madera Pathway
Marin County deputies and parks staffers will be out enforcing the 15 mph speed limit for bicycles and scooters for the next few weeks.

MARIN COUNTY, CA — Marin County sheriff's deputies and parks staffers will be out on the Corte Madera Creek Pathway over the next few weeks, doing speed enforcement along the multi-use trail.
The sheriff's office said deputies would be on-hand to educate trail users and enforce the 15 mph speed limit using radar. In Marin County, that limit applies to all bicycles and scooters, including those that are leg-powered, motorized, or electric, unless otherwise posted.
Marin County Parks reminds all visitors to share the path, pay attention to their surroundings, keep things moving at safe speeds, yield and be courteous. Those who violate the rules can be subject to citations.
