Suspect In Deadly Marin DUI Pleads Guilty: Report
James Carleton Boswell, 32, pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in connection with the fatal April 2019 crash, The IJ reports.
MARIN COUNTY, CA — The suspect in a fatal Marin DUI crash has accepted a guilty plea deal from prosecutors, The Marin Independent Journal reports.
James Carleton Boswell, 32 of Sleepy Hollow, pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in connection with the April 2019 crash that killed a 72-year-old female pedestrian, the report said.
Carolyn Marie Allen was in the crosswalk with her two dogs on Butterfield when Boswell struck her and her dogs, the report said.

Allen died at a hospital according to the report, and one of her dogs was killed in the crash too.
