SAN RAMON, CA — City Center Bishop Ranch is hosting a Halloween Costumed Pet Parade. Grab your dog’s spookiest costume and head to Alexander Square at 2 pm on Oct. 29.
Dogs will enjoy treats from George, and owners will be able to take photos with their pets at a Halloween-themed selfie station.
