Man Suspected In Attempted Murder At Large: San Ramon Police

Police are looking for San Leandro resident Trevor Michael Berryman.

SAN RAMON, CA — Police are asking for the public's help to find a suspect in a shooting in San Ramon last week, which sent one person to the hospital. On Jan. 18, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on Minerva Way and found that the vehicle had bullet holes and a trail of blood leading away from the area.

After a preliminary investigation, officers determined that the vehicle's driver had been shot earlier that evening in San Ramon and went to a nearby hospital. Officers were able to identify a suspect in the shooting as 21-year-old San Leandro resident Trevor Michael Berryman.

Detectives were able to get an arrest warrant for Berryman on suspicion of attempted murder and conspiracy.
Detectives also learned that during the shooting, Berryman was driving a black, four-door 2009 Mercedes Benz with California license plate no. 6UWK467.
