BAY AREA, CA — Rain and wind hit the San Francisco Bay Area Sunday night and has continued into the morning hours, National Weather Service officials said. Breezy and gusty winds accompanied the rain.
Rain will diminish as the system moves south, according to weather officials. The same weather pattern will be active this week with more precipitation likely by Wednesday.
