Sunset Development Corporation CEO Alex Mehran, Jr. To Speak At San Ramon Chamber Roundtable

SAN RAMON, CA — San Ramon residents are invited to the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce's Fifth Friday Roundtable featuring Alex Mehran, Jr., president and CEO of Sunset Development Company at Bishop Ranch.

Mehran is the third generation of a family that has owned Bishop Ranch for more than 40 years, and have helped transform it into a world-class destination for shopping, dining, and increasingly, residences. It is the centerpiece of San Ramon's General Plan 2040, which will turn Bishop Ranch into a mixed-use neighborhood featuring thousands of new homes, over 125,000 square feet of retail space, new parks, an outdoor performance theater, and more.

Mehran has been with Sunset Development since 2009 and was responsible for managing Bishop Ranch. Before that, he worked at Golden Sachs' Infrastructure Private Equity Fund in New York.

Mehran will participate in a community roundtable where he will speak about the philosophy behind Bishop Ranch, and "creating exceptional spaces where people can live, work, and thrive."
