Taste Of City Center Brings Cocktail Competition, September Sips, Restaurant Deals

SAN RAMON, CA — September's a good month to be hungry in San Ramon. From Sept. 19-28, guests can indulge in a Taste of City Center, which will feature special deals in many City Center restaurants, the first-ever Cocktail Competition, and the September Sips wine tasting.

Cocktail Competition:
Sunday, Sept. 21 from 5-7 p.m. Watch bartenders from City Center compete against each other by preparing their most creative cocktails, and explain the inspiration behind each sip. The evening will be hosted by a comedian and mixologist, and guests can enjoy cocktails and small bites. A panel of judges will crown the winner.

September Sips:
Sunday, Sept. 28 from 2-4:30 p.m. Enjoy delicious wines from the Tri-Valley. Each ticket includes a wristband, wine glass, and tasting map to explore 12 participating wineries: Arroyo Cellars, Del Valle Winery, Garre, McGrail Vineyards & Winery, Murrieta’s Well, Pruett Farms, Retzlaff Vineyards, Rios Lovell Winery, Rosa Fierro Cellars, The Steven Kent Winery, Wente Vineyards and Wood Family Vineyards.
Tickets cost $30. Anyone who spends $300 or more at participating Taste of City Center restaurant between Sept. 19-26 receive a complimentary ticket. See here for reservations and full details.
