Lake Fire 73% Contained: Santa Barbara County
Cal Fire said at 10:15 a.m. Sunday that 2,055 firefighters are battling the wildfire near Zaca Lake north of Los Olivos that started July 5.
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY — The Lake Fire in Santa Barbara County is 73 percent contained as of Sunday morning and encompasses 38,664 acres, according to Cal Fire.
Cal Fire said at 10:15 a.m. Sunday that 2,055 firefighters are battling the wildfire near Zaca Lake north of Los Olivos that started July 5.
There have been seven confirmed fire personnel and civilian injuries, according to Cal Fire. Four structures were destroyed and one structure was damaged, Cal Fire said.
