SANTA MONICA, CA — Calling all California wine lovers: There's one cool way to be alone—together—and help benefit the Santa Monica History Museum.

Join a virtual wine tasting to support the local museum on Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. on Zoom.

The group will co-host the event with Margerum Wine Company "as a unique and fun way to gather with family and friends, taste and learn about their fabulous wines and help support us in Keeping History Alive," organizers said.

People can sign up now to celebrate and taste three different wines.

You can order your wine in time by Nov. 5 to guarantee your wine arrives in time for the wine tasting event.

"Once you place your order you will receive a calendar invitation with a zoom link to the virtual event," organizers said.

Santa Monica History Museum is located at 1350 7th Street, Santa Monica, and has a large regional collection of artifacts and archives. It remains closed during the pandemic.

Margerum Wine Company is located at 59 Industrial Way, Buellton, CA. The Buellton location is not currently open for tastings, however the Santa Barbara Tasting Room is open at 19 E. Mason Street at the Hotel Californian near the corner of Mason St. and Helena Ave. in Santa Barbara.
