Big Rig in Lakeside Industrial Park Catches Fire

A big rig parked in the garage of an industrial building in Lakeside caught fire overnight Thursday but no one was hurt, authorities said.

The fire in the 12100 block of Industry Road was reported at 10:04 p.m. Thursday, according to a Heartland fire dispatcher. Crews had flames knocked down by 10:21 p.m., she said.

The cause was under investigation.
