Chuck E. Cheese Grand Opening Celebration Slated In Santee
The new location will celebrate with free cake and game play, raffle prizes, and appearances from Chuck E. Cheese and friends.
SANTEE, CA — A grand opening celebration is planned Thursday for the new Chuck E. Cheese in Santee.
The children's arcade and pizza restaurant, which opened its doors Sept. 18, is a modernized, rebranded version of the iconic family entertainment center.
The new location features arcade, sports and kid-focused games, an interactive dance floor, and a large format video wall and screens with audio connected throughout the venue. The new space also showcases "The Chuck E. Live! Show," an immersive dance-along and concert.

The new store will celebrate its grand opening with a "purple carpet premiere" from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Allison Chouinard, corporate communications manager at Chuck E. Cheese, told Patch. The event will include free cake, raffle prizes, and appearances from Chuck E. Cheese and friends Helen Henny and Jasper. The first 25 families in line will get one hour of free game play. Additionally, children in costume will receive a 100 free e-tickets voucher.
Chuck E. Cheese is at 265 Town Center Parkway.
