Community Job Fair Coming To Santee
The Santee Chamber of Commerce and Santee School District are co-hosting the July 28 event.
SANTEE, CA — Job seekers looking to connect with local employers are encouraged to attend a community job fair scheduled July 28 in Santee.
The Santee Chamber of Commerce and Santee School District are co-hosting the event.
"Employers everywhere are struggling with labor shortages and attracting top talent," said Kristen Dare, CEO and president of Santee Chamber of Commerce.

"The Santee Chamber is proud to partner with the Santee School District to create an offering of jobs with a multitude of local companies. We look forward to showcasing some of the many positions that are available within our community, from mom-and-pop shops to Santee's largest employer."
More than 40 employers with open positions will be in attendance at the event, according to organizers.

The job fair is slated from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Santee School District Educational Resource Center at 9619 Cuyamaca St. Complimentary lunch will be provided for attendees, according to organizers.
"As Santee's largest employer, we are constantly recruiting for top talent in our community and beyond," said Tim Larson, assistant superintendent of the Santee School District. "This job fair is not only a great opportunity to explore the various careers within the school district, but within the top employer network that contributes to Santee's thriving economy."
