American Fortitude Family Training Center will be holding a women's self-defense workshop on July 20th at 2 p.m. at the Academy. This is a free community event but we will be accepting donations for a local charity that works against domestic violence. Please email to RSVP as they do have limited space. This is for teen/adult females, not young children.
