Ladies At The Lake Fall Market​ Returns To Santee Lakes

SANTEE, CA — Shoppers can celebrate women-owned businesses and get an early start on holiday shopping during the Ladies at the Lake Fall Market at Santee Lakes.

The ninth annual event, slated Saturday, Oct. 11, will feature dozens of vendors offering a variety of products, including crafts and other handmade items.

"Our first event in 2016, brought a little under 40 vendors and has grown into one of our most anticipated events of the year," event coordinator Shawna Fakhouri said. "We are excited to welcome the public to a beautiful, outdoor space to shop and support local businesses. We also want guests to see what a great venue Santee Lakes is for their next event, big or small."

More than 100 vendors are expected to set up shop at Lake 1 and Lake 10 under the gazebo. Participating vendors will offer holiday items, bath and body products, candles, clothing, crafts, handbags, jewelry, makeup and skincare, health products, home decor, plants, pottery, stained glass, wall art, woodwork, preserves, spices and other handmade items.

There will be food and drink vendors at the event. Bella Beverage Catering will host a lounge for adults, while The Rush Coffee Truck will offer specialty coffee drinks.

Ladies at the Lake Fall Market will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Lake 1 event area at Santee Lakes at 9310 Fanita Parkway. The event is free, but parking costs $7 per vehicle.
