Man Shot At Apartment Complex Near El Cajon
When deputies arrived at the scene, they found the victim with a gunshot wound.
EL CAJON, CA — A 54-year-old man was hospitalized Wednesday evening after being shot at an apartment complex in an unincorporated area near El Cajon.
Deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department's El Cajon Station responded at 6:20 p.m. Wednesday to the 300 block of East Bradley Avenue regarding an argument followed by a gunfire, said sheriff's Sgt. Rene Kirchhoefer.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they found the victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.

A weapon was recovered at the scene and the investigation is ongoing, according to the sheriff's department.
