Santee's Mission Creek shopping center, which features Food 4 Less at Cuyamaca Street and River Park Drive, was recently sold for $11 million, according to the San Diego Business Journal.
The purchase transferred the property from DYK Partners Inc. of Huntington Beach to CNA Enterprises Inc. of Los Angeles.
Built in 1993, the 63,987-square-foot center includes two pizza restaurants and Santee's only commercial theater, Off Broadway Live.
