Sandy Woodhouse Named Santee LIONS Club Volunteer of the Year
Susan Godwin was installed as Santee LIONS Club President at the ceremony last week.

In a ceremony held Wednesday, August 7 at Off Broadway Live in Santee, the local LIONS Club installed officers for the upcoming year and named Sandy Woodhouse, Community Service Volunteer of the year.
Susan Godwin owner of Superior Ear Works was installed as Santee LIONS Club President from outgoing President, Artie Wall.
Susan said, "I'm honored to be elected President of the Santee LIONS Club and will do my best to uphold LIONS ethics and programs".
Sandy Woodhouse was selected to receive the Community Service Award for her many hours of volunteer service to such organizations as the Red Cross, American Legion, Girl Scouts, the city of Santee, Santee Santas, Santee Food Bank and a member of the Santee Blue Thong Society (a women's philantrophic organization).
Artie Wall presented Ms. Woodhouse with her awards and said, "thank you for your time and your volunteer service. The Santee LIONS club appreciates what you do and how you help."
Denise Wall received the LION of the Year award, while Bill Chisum recieved the Fellowship award.
