Stockzilla Weekend Event Coming To Santee Lakes

SANTEE, CA — Stockzilla is coming to Santee Lakes.
The two-day event will bring 3,500 pounds of catfish to Santee Lakes, according to event organizers. Lakes 2-7 will be stocked with channel catfish.
Stockzilla will take place from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 13-14.

Permits cost $10 for adults, $6 for juniors and $6 for seniors. A second pole stamp costs $4. Parking costs $7.
Fishing permits and parking passes can be purchased in advance at the General Store beginning Friday.
