In fond remembrance of Les Hart, a loving father and husband, as well as a respected community leader and dedicated volunteer, Les' family and the Santee Chamber are pleased to announce this scholarship in his honor. The $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to an East County resident based on community service, and is intended to be used for education. Applications must be received by the Santee Chamber no later than November 19, 2013. The scholarship will be awarded in February at the Chamber's Annual Awards Night Dinner. Apply today!
