January 12, 2022 Updates
To comply with the state-required Housing Element Update, the City Council is now deciding where future housing could be built. Impacts of allowing housing to be built at these locations, including traffic, will be studied in an Environmental Impact Report.

City Council Meetings
The City Council held a Special Meeting on January 10, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to review these tentative opportunity sites and discuss housing policies. At the City Council meeting on Wednesday, January 19 at 7:00 p.m., the Council will provide direction on the sites and policies to be included in the Environmental Impact Report for the Housing Element. If more time for deliberation is needed, the City Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, January 20 at 7:00 p.m. The special meeting will not be held if the item is completed at the regular meeting on January 19.
