Updated: Saratoga Fatal Rollover Crash On Highway 9
The California Highway Patrol Wednesday morning is reporting a fatal rollover crash on state Highway 9 in Saratoga.

UPDATE 8:45AM-
SARATOGA - A 52-year-old Los Gatos man was killed this morning in a rollover crash on state Highway 9 near Saratoga, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At around 12:30 a.m., the man was driving south on state Highway 9 north of Austin Way when his vehicle drifted to the left, entered the center divide, struck a tree and rolled several times.

The vehicle, a 2010 Infinity, came to rest on its roof in the center divide.
Alcohol does not appear to have played a factor in the crash, and the driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to the CHP.

SARATOGA - The California Highway Patrol Wednesday morning is reporting a fatal rollover crash on state Highway 9 in Saratoga.
The crash occurred on state Highway 9 near Austin Way, according to the CHP, and was first reported at 12:40 a.m.
Officers responded to a call a citizen heard what sounded life a vehicle flipping several times, according to the CHP.
Responding officers located a vehicle on its roof and debris in the roadway.
There are currently no reports of any lane closures.
No other details were immediately available.
