The bargain home sale in Scotts Valley at the end of March 2013 was a  2,000 square foot home on Granite Creek that sold for $549,000.  The expensive home sale that closed on the same day was a $1,026,000 deal for a 2,900 square foot home on Oak Knoll Drive.    The Oak Koll home sports three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
