Wendy Rivas, 54, was declared missing with a head injury on April 4.

Two days after being declared a missing person, Wendy Rivas was found dead in a ravine off East Lomond Street in Boulder Creek on April 6, Sheriff's Deputy April Skalland said in a press release.Â
"She was located by a property owner down a steep hillside with heavy brush," Skalland said.
Rivas, who went by the nickname Dragonfly, went missing last Wednesday around 10 p.m. Police said she may have had a head injury when she was last seen.

A medical examination on April 8 revealed that Rivas was not the victim of any foul play. The sheriff's office is still investigating pre-exisiting medical conditions that may have played a part in Rivas's death, and results of a toxicology report are also in the wings.Â
