Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Car Sunday Near Boulder Creek

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, CHP officials said.

SANTA CRUZ, CA — A pedestrian was killed when they were struck by a vehicle Sunday morning in unincorporated Santa Cruz County, according to California Highway Patrol officials. The collision was reported at 9:20 a.m. and occurred in the area of state Highway 236 and Jamison Creek Road northwest of Boulder Creek, CHP officials said.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, CHP officials said. Further details were not immediately available.
