Art You Can Eat
The fruits-and-vegetables section of local supermarkets is by far the most colorful area of the store. One of my friends met his wife in the produce aisle.
If you feel stressed while shopping in a crowded supermarket my advice is: Head for the produce section. You will see a collection of colors, shapes and sizes that will remind you of the fertile fields and valleys all over the world that produce our food supply.
The harmony in this part of the store will relax you. Most markets don't mind if you squeeze a lemon or touch a tomato to test their ripeness. But more than anything, enjoy the colors. Then take an apple home and bite into it.
