Mel Gibson's Ex-Girlfriend to Keep Sherman Oaks Home
Details of the Gibson-Grigorieva settlement are released in custody fight over 1-year-old daughter.

Mel Gibson's former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva will get to keep the Sherman Oaks home on Bobstone Drive where she and the couple's 1-year-old daughter, Lucia, have been living, according to the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
A settlement has been reached whereby Gibson will provide Grigorieva with $750,000 over five years, in addition to allowing her to keep the house in the Sherman Oaks hills.
However, the house will have to be sold when Lucia turns 18, with the sale proceeds being held for her in trust.

Grigorieva went to authorities last summer, six months after the Malibu incident in which she said Gibson had punched her and threatened her with a gun as she held their daughter, who was then an infant. Subsequently, the recordings of an enraged Gibson surfaced on Radar Online.
The tapes included Gibson telling Grigorieva that she "deserved" the assault.
