New LAPD Cars Go High-Tech
The new patrol car dashboards look like an iPad screen. Bulky computers are removed from the front area of the police vehicle.
The Los Angeles Police Department now has 80 new cars equipped with space age technology. Virtually everything in the new patrol cars is totally different from the traditional black and whites that we're used to seeing.
